报告内容简介:石墨烯有着许多奇异的电子性子和结构,,,好比半整数目子霍尔效应,,,电阻量子化,,,和室温下长弹道的平均自由程等。。。。。。在金属晶格密排面上外延生长的石墨烯,,,在高温下很是稳固,,,同时有着匀称的周期性结构,,,使其能够成为纳米结构工程很好的模板。。。。。。随着对石墨烯研究的日趋成熟,,,石墨烯的制备要领也变得越来越轻盈以及易操作。。。。。。衬底关于石墨烯形态的影响,,,以及由此带来的石墨烯性能的转变,,,也是诸多研究者感兴趣的课题。。。。。。

报告人英文简介:Cao Qiang, Ph.D., born in July 1965, Hefei, Anhui. 1984.9-1988.7 Department of Chemistry, Anhui Normal University (Bachelor of Science degree); 1988.9-1994.7 Hefei Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences work; 1994.9-1997.7 China University of Science and Technology of Materials Science and Engineering (M.Sc.), engaged in the ultrafine inorganic ceramic membrane powders; 1997.9-1999.1 Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of working in solid oxide fuel cell research; 1999.3-2001.6 Department of Chemistry, Nanjing University (Ph.D.), engaged in one-dimensional magnetic properties of materials and research; 2001.9-2003.8 Department of Chemistry (postdoctoral), engage in one-dimensional materials and optical properties; 2003.8 - present Department of Chemistry (research Associate), engaged in low-dimensional nano-materials synthesis and device research. 2002 won the "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Nanjing University" award, in 2003 won the "National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation" award, in 2004 won the "New Century Excellent Talents" financing and "2004 Ministry of Education, the National Science and Technology Award nomination - Natural Science Award "(third adult).
