孙霈教授现为英国曼彻斯特大学商学院国际商务讲席教授，，，现在担当国际著名学术期刊British Journal of Management副主编（Associate Editor）、Management and Organization Review高级编辑(Senior Editor)、Journal of Management Studies特刊主编（Special issue guest editor），，，曾任Asia Pacific Journal of Management高级编辑（Senior Editor）、《治理学季刊》领域编辑。。。。

孙霈教授的主要研究偏向为全球化与制度转型中的企业战略、公司治理、工业政策及工业生长等。。。。他的研究获国家自然科学基金及社会科学基金资助，，，并在海内外著名学术期刊（如《经济研究》、Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Cambridge Journal of Economics, Economics Letters, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, World Development）揭晓多篇颇具影响力的学术论文。。。。

演讲内容简介：

In this talk, I first outline the burgeoning research on how firms interact with socio-political actors and environments over the last few decades, specifically research on Corporate Political Activity (CPA) and strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Given the increasingly complex and challenging socio-political issues and environments that corporations face, a new concept of corporate socio-political engagement (CSPE) is proposed, which represents a more holistic perspective to understanding complex interactions among firms and their social/political stakeholders, incorporating and transcending conventional notions and tactics documented in the extant nonmarket strategy literature. I use specific examples to illustrate the strengths of this new construct and identify some future research directions for revealing the multifaceted nature of CSPE.
