报告摘要：In this talk, we will introduce the progress on the quantitative weighted bounds for rough singular integral operators, and then we will give a new bilinear sparse domination for the maximal operator associated to singular integral operators with rough kernels, established by X. Tao and the speaker. Our result leads to some new quantitative weighted estimates for the maximal singular integral operators with rough kernels and some endpoint estimates for corresponding commutators.
